Welcome to Cleaning Defenders. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided

  • Cleaning services are provided by independent contractors, not employees.

  • All contractors maintain their own liability insurance.

  • We provide cleaning services according to the service description; additional tasks may incur extra charges.

Payment

  • We accept credit or debit cards for all payments.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.

Liability

  • Cleaning Defenders is not liable for damages caused by customer negligence or pre-existing conditions.

  • Contractors are responsible for their own work and insurance coverage.

  • We are not responsible for items left unsecured, delicate surfaces, or pre-existing damage.

Safety

  • Our contractors follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment.

  • Customers must ensure access and a safe environment for cleaning.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
